Responsibilities

Leading consultant responsible for full projects scope execution and customer satisfaction. 

Project task included: examining and optimizing existing processes and enhancements in MM/SD areas, writing business blueprint, implementing and testing solutions. 

Main focus areas: Intrastat declaration accuracy, goods movements transactions with foreign countries, purchasing processes optimization, introducing new inventory processes (like subcontracting).
