From 10.2011 till 09.2012 I was Involved in BMW Atlas project third (highest) level support in MM, SD, LE, areas. Responsible for solving critical/complicated issues where first and second level support failed. Tasks concerned all Europen markets, USA and Canada as well es integration of SAP ERP with APO, EWM and several external BMW specific systems. The reference was given by mi direct manager on BMW side Humoudia Hazem.
